We are a small Boutique Dog Collar Company that has been making Dog Collars in Key West since 1992. Our Custom Personalized Dog Collars are dyed into the webbing in with the artwork created by Textile Artist Deb Pansier. Many of our customer's dogs have worn them with heavy use, swimming in pools and the ocean for over 5 to 7 years while the colors remain bright and vibrant! They can be washed with bleach and in a washing machine and hold the bold colors.
Our company info is on the inside of the collar and no labels on the outside of the collar to obscure the beautiful artwork and your pet's name!
Wagadoodle's Custom Dyed Webbing is Handmade to Order in Key West, USA for your pet's neck size, not massed produced overseas. Choose with the webbing width you want and the length closest to your dog's neck measurement. We will custom tailor the collar as we make it to get the best fit for your dog.
Our goal is to make sure the pet's name is not covered up by the adjuster slide but still have enough length to adjust bigger or smaller. We guarantee the pet's name to not be covered by the adjuster slide as long as you give us your pet's collar measurement like in the photo "How to Measure Your Pet's Collar" There is a box where you can send a photo of your pet's collar next to a tape measure to really help with getting the sizing perfect.
TURN AROUND TIME
These "One of a Kind" Custom Made, Tailored Personalized Dog Collars take over 14 precision steps to make them, and that takes between 5 to 7 days to ship when things are quiet. If we are very busy, it can take a week to 10 days but we are pretty fast and update you by email or text.
You will get an e-mail to confirm you placed an order and then an email with the Tracking Number when it is packaged and ready to ship. Keep an eye on your email once you order in case we have questions or suggestions. If you want to use text instead of email add your contact phone number to the "Additional Comments" box
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We aim to please and get your product made to your Satisfaction! If we make any mistakes on our end, we take care of it quickly and without any cost to you. It is our job to get the info from you and we understand that you don't order our collars every day so we believe "the buck stops here" if a mistake was made on an order, it was due to us not asking the right questions. It is our job to take an order so that all the info is correct. We make it right and if we can't, we do refunds. 90 day return window. 5 days to refund.

SHIPPING COSTS
We don't charge "Handling Fees" we just charge just what the Post Office charges us. This comes out to about $4 for the first item and $1 for additional items for First Class Ground Advantage via USPS. You can choose Priority Mail but it doubles your cost and only saves you about a day in Transit unless you live on the West Coast. All Collars are mailed from Key West Florida.
We print your shipping label right before it goes to the post office and that will generate an email with the tracking number. Key West mail often is not scanned until it gets to Miami later that night or in the wee hours of the morn.
